PIX 501 config needed to allow access from outside

I am a newbie with Cisco PIX. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have a PIX 501. I have been tasked with setting up a lab that should have access to our internal network and the internet.

Internet network 192.168.1.x
Lab network 192.168.3.x

192.168.1.27 --- internal network side of PIX
192.168.3.1 --- lab side of PIX

I have configured the PIX so that I can access the internal network and Inet from the lab.

My problem is that I need to be able to access the lab from my workstation and ping ability into the lab from any system. I have tried the suggestions in the manual but no luck.
I have reset the PIX to a basic config see below:
