PivotTables in Access

I am having a "Problems Obtaining Data" problem in MS Access 2000 when i try to use the PivotTable Wizard. I am 100% fine using pivottables in excel alone, but this problem is driving me to distraction. If anyone can help, i would appreciate it a lot.
