On a form in the new PivotTable view (Access 2002), I can sort pivot table fields in, say, column area in order other than alphabetical one by setting the field’s OrderedMembers property:
PivotTableObject.ActiveView.FieldSets(“FieldName”).Fields(“FieldName”).OrderedMembers = Array(“c”,”d”,”a”,”b”)
PivotTableObject.ActiveView.FieldSets(“FieldName”).Fields(“FieldName”).PivotTableObject.Constants.plSortDirectionCustom.
But this does not set this custom sort order to the field’s drop-down list (to select items to display and hide) which drops down from the arrow to the right of the field’s name. How do I set the order of this listing, so that it is other than alphabetical?
Thank you, Pavla.
