Pivot Table - Suppress Rows Below/Above Threshold

Hi,

Is there a way to hide PT rows so they don't chart when their Total is below (or above) a set threshold? For example, my failure data has many, many failures that have only happened once, so I'd like to leave them out of the Pivot Chart if the Row Total is 1.

I tried setting the Y Axis Minimum to 1, which looks OK at first, until I see that all the other X-Categories are still there, just without columns [sad]

Should I just copy and paste the data I want and create a (Non-Pivot) Chart from it? I'd rather do it "Smartly" though [wink]

Ha! It's simple! Using the Right-Click Filter option, choose "Value Filters" then select "Is Greater than 1"..or whatever. D'Oh! [rofl]
