Is it possible to sort by the Grand Total column in a pivot table? I want to sort descending so I see the highest grand totals at the top. Is this possible? I can't for the life of me get it to sort by that column.

Hi,

Insert a Calculated Field that is the row sum.

Then sort on the Sum of that new field.

Skip,

[glasses] [red][/red]
[tongue][/sub]
