Pivot table sort

Hi,

I am trying to do a sort of values in descending order. Every time I highlight the pivot table and try to sort the Total actuals (amount), it would not allow me to do it. When I refresh, it automatically sorts it out for me by the name list, in alphabetical order! Thanks!

Right click on the field that you want to sort, eg Cars, and then choose field settings, advanced, select ascending or descending, and then 'using field' and choose the value field you want to sort, eg Price or Total cost etc.
