Pivot Table Normilize More than 2 Variable

I have table organized as below:

Plant Product Jan-05 Feb-05 Mar-05 .....
GA a 10 12 3
GA b 19 5 63
SC a 20 38 25

How do I get the data normalized? I know how to do for one variable, but not two?

I would further recommend that IF your date headings are not REAL DATES, that you convert the date strings to date values at some time in the process.
