Pivot table names in access forms?

I have a database that is obviously too big, as I could not remember the name of the table I used to populate a pivot table form. Whe I looked at the form, all I could find was the name "Pivot Table1" in Pivot Table Options located by right mouse button clicking in the body of the open pivot table.
There seems to be no 'public' reference to that table it will use to be refreshed. How can I look up the name of the table it is using?
