Pivot table -HELP NEEDED URGENT

Hi all,

I use access for my database and tyr to create a report in Excel with pivot tables and pivot charts.My problem is th pivot table does not resfresh to reflect the changes in the data source ,even after I ticked refresh on open in the data options tab in the table options.

The flow is like this:
Access db-->(Using QUERY-There are actually 3 conditions according to which the results in the Excel sheet vary)Excel---> corresponding Pivot tables and charts.I used VBA coding for this.


Can someone help me?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
