Hi,

I have a simple question, I think.

I have a pivot table which has a few rows and many columns. Each Column has a total.

All I want to do is say, if the Column Total = 0 hide the column.

Help on this would be much appreciated.

Regards
Thomas

Hi,

It would be much easier to do this in your source data table, it at all possible. Make a new column with a formula that has an if statment... if 0 then 0 else 1. Include this field in your PT as a PAGE field and select 1.

Suppose the header is 'x'. Add formula =(Sum(x)<>0). Next in row field, advanced, choose option 'show top' and select 1.
(Formula will return 1 or 0, just hide rows when it is 0.)
