Pivot Table - Excel 2007 Top End

Is there a way to set a pivot table so that it will only display the top 5 row lables rather than all 20 that appear?

ideally, I would like to see top 5 then all others as a sub set.

If anyone can see how to do this please let me know.

There is a pivottable option to show the top X fields based on value or percentage but I don;t think you can do the 2nd part - you either display them or you don't

To do what you require would probably take VBA code to dynamically create groups in your pivottable
