I have several large reports that are generated as text files. I need a simple way to only print the last page whithout knowing what the last page number is.

Try:
tail -n X your_file_name | lp
...where X is the maximum lines per page. You will get some of the next-to-last page when the last page is short, but you _will_ get all of the last page.
