Pipeline 75 NINDY doesn't work

Serial No. 11621285. This unit was working fine, and one day acted like it lost its brains.

If I send a file larger than 1 MB, it errors out. The EF command seems to clear flash. I've downloaded several versions (6.0 and 7.0) of the firmware to the box and I still get that "Pipeline power on self test halted. Configure Unit!" message.

Looking for some expertise here. What am I doing wrong?
 
Your unit needs to be re-serialized. You need to contact Lucent Support and get a hashcode from them. This happens from time to time for some reason unbeknownst to me.
 
Lucent support wants a unit under warranty or a support agreement number. Is this going to be a billable incident?
Who do I call?
