Attempting to configure router for constant 256K ISDN internet connection for small office. I have no trouble getting one line to connect and stay connected, unable to get all four to stay connected. The four lines will attempt to connect, three of them disconnect. The user manual is not very helpful, vague descriptions and examples. Has anyone come across a situation like this?

What you are trying to do is called MP or Multilink PPP. In your connection profile set Encaps to MP with a base channel count and max channel count of 4 (64kx4=256K).

Keep in mind that the remote end that you are trying to connect with MUST also be configured with MP with the same base and max channel count. Otherwise the SP155 will negotiate down to PPP which is only one channel.

If you are certain the your SP is configured correctly then make sure the remote end is as well.

Hope this helps.
