I am currently trying to diagnose a problem with a remote site that is connected over a T1 line with Ascend Pipeline 130 routers. The routers have been working fine for months, but now the connection is fluctuating between up and down. I am trying to win my case with the phone company that the equipment is configured properly, but can't remember the pin-out for the Back-to-Back cable that simulates the T1 line. Does anyone have this pinout or a website with the diagram? Thanks.

What encaps protocol are you using? PPP? Frame Relay?

There are debug tools you can use for either. But the loopback plug should be revealing.
