Pinnacle Studio Deluxe AV/DV board Help

I hav windows 2000 and i hav pinnacle studio deluxe AV/DV board. I use adobe premiere. This pinnacle card is not supported in windows 2000 or even in xp. I tried latest patch and drivers still gives red cross in device manager in AV/DV card. Computer detects digital camera which is connected to this card but it doesnt dectecs the BOX in which analogue vcr connects.
Any help please

Then get a card that is supported by the OS. You can't "make something" work if its not supported originally.
