if you can feed video to it , it can capture it.(though it won't require twain drivers , just the raw video fed into it)
make sure output from camera is same standard as capture settings.
i.e. both ntsc or pal depending upon your location.
The reason that i asked about twain in particular is that we have a piece of software called positiv ID that will handle the capture. It only knows about a few devices one of which is twain, most of the rest are specific cameras or codecs which we don't have.
