Pink Screen after starting ASUS Live

Hello, I have maybe a small problem. I have a ASUS V-3800 Ultra, with driver 31,40 and ASUS Live 4.6. When I start ASUS Live then it brings only a pink screen. the sound from channels I hear only no picture. When I restarted the PC sometimes it work OK. But most of the time it brings a pink screen, the only solution is to restart the PC and hopes if he now works. I installed also newer drivers from de nvidia site and an older version of ASUS Live, but the same result. Everything seems to work only no picture. Does somebody recognies this problem.
