Pinging problem

Hi,

I have installed WinProxy 2.2 in my Windows 98 machine(Server). It is working fine. The problem what I am facing is that I am not able to "ping" from the Client machines to any of the IP addresses (not local). There is no problem in browsing the web from the Client machines, but one can not cofigure his/her MS Outlook/MS Outlook Express for downloading e-mails. If I use Internet Connection Sharing tool then everything is working fine. But at present I am told to install only WinProxy and get it work perfectly! I have gone through all the settings of WinProxy only to find no success. Could anyone please tell me a solution for this ?
