Pingg command through Proxy

I run Proxy 2...it runs on a standalone NT4 server...I need to enable the Ping command on the other servers. I.O.W I want to be able to ping the outside world with my PDC. The reason besind this is so that I can setup up a zone on the PDC (DNS server) and point it to our ISP....at the moment it wont add the new zone because it obviously cannot ping it. I know that I have to change some oermission inside the MMC.
