HI.
Use "access-list" commands to allow "ICMP echo-reply" on the outside interface. This will let internal hosts ping via the pix to the Internet.
Use "ICMP" command block or limit ICMP directed the pix own interfaces.
Use syslog messages to monitor and test your configuration.
