when i ping docsis from my router (ubr 10000) i get !!!!aa!!
i can't understand what is the "a" please if someone know what this is mean it will be helpfull
Never heard of an "a" before, but Cisco does have an "&".
"&" means the lifetime of the packet has been exhausted. Do an extended ping, and see what you get. I am not sure what you mean when you say you "ping DOCSIS" (I even work with uBRs in a DOCSIS environment)....perhaps you are pinging from the cable modem to the cable modem leg of the router? You will have to be more specific as to what exactly you are pinging if you want further troubleshooting.
