Hello all
I have an IP Office 412 at the office. I am trying to access it through our VPN but am not able to even ping it remotely.

When I am at the office, I have no problems running Avaya software to connect to the 412. When I take that same laptop home and connect through our VPN, I can see all of my network resources fine except the 412.

My VPN solution/firewall is managed remotely. My provider assured me that when the VPN is active, it is a unblocked pipe to the office.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks, in advance....

Make sure you have a gateway specified on the IPO. For example, create an IP Route on the 412 like this:

IP Address 0.0.0.0

IP Mask 0.0.0.0

Gateway IP Address <<your gateway ip here>>

Destination LAN1

Z

that does not matter
the most subnets are the same

ACA - Implement IP Office
