Has anyone out there used Pindrop Security product to prevent fraud, and if so, are they worth it?

I guess I shouldn't have said fraud in so much as they claim they can help prevent the large number of robocalls we are recieving

Are the robocalls from the same number or many different numbers ? You can always block the number.

They are constantly changing their number with each call in to our call center. Sure don't want to blacklist a valid customer, just not good for business.
