Does anyone know the pinout for a DB15 to a RJ45 straight through Connector? Or point me in the right direction.

I assume that you are refering to low speed async serial communications. There are no open standards for an RJ45, however RJ45s are used throughout the industry. Pin assignments are different from one manufacturer to another.

This is an X.21 straight through adapter. I need it for our Canadian sites to hook our routers to a Frame Connection. They use the E1 standard.
