I am going to connect a DS1 card ( Amphaneol connector) to a cisco gateway with RJ-45 connector with ds1 and t1 controller configured for E1. can anyone provide the pin out reqd for the same

Check page 68 of the PDF "Installing the Avaya G650 Gateway" (03-300685 is the manual version I have). This page lists the cross-connects for all board connections and is a great reference chart you should have handy all the time. Cheers...
