This is the problem:

1) A person has logged on an telephone
2) An other person tries to logg on the same phone, because persone one is away.
3) The other person answers calls on ADN's on that thelephone.
4) The CCM shows no calls on person two and lots off calls on person one

My question:

Is it possible to block a phone from incoming calls on ADN's if it's not logged on with a PINcode?

Is it possible to make the telephone automatically logg off if the same PIN-code has been logged on for more than 2 hours in "not ready" mode?

Do you got any other soloutions on this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Hi for your second question,It's possible with a CTI solution and a desktop application
Our desktop application (Softphone application) gets the events from GenesysT server and so the Application Link ( AgentNotReadyEvent and counts a time and do this.. But this's application-developer's issue..

What i could not understand for the first question is , how did person1 and person2 log in to the same telephone set at the same time? What i know is, when somebody logs into a device, and if another person tries to login, he should logoff the first person...

Do you use any other external application?

Thank you verry much! That was a verry good idéa doing this via Application Link.
