Pin Code not shown

Hi Guys!

Merry xmas and happy new!

I would appreciate if u could assist with this problem,
When i print a pin code it says not exist! but when your call it is active. the same problem happen when i want to cancel it as shown below

AUCOP:AUTH=190409;
AUTHORIZATION CODE DATA
AUTH CODE CILCOD CAT CSP CHECK CUST

Should any one help pls!

Try AUCOPIR=xxxx; if it is regional

best parnum

AUCOP:AUTH=ALL;
AUCOPIR=ALL;

and see, whether the code is there in your system
