Does anyone have any suggestion on a program which I can purchase to add to my access datase to add a calendar for scheduling - Or is there a way to tie my data to outlook without having to import/export.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction!

You can create a link to your outlook tables by right-clicking in the table section and choosing link tables. Then for the "Files of Type", scroll down to "Exchange()" and follow the prompts from there.
