Pilot Point & Hunt Groups?

This is probably a real simple question so apologies for my ignorance.....

I want to configure a Hung Group on my test CCM 4.1(3) server. I have created a Pilot Point (DN 4999), and added 2 members to the hunt group (DN's 4000 & 4001). I have also activated the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher service. If I dial 4999 I just get the engaged tone.

I assume I am missing something fundamental (and simple) here, so what have I missed?

On earlier versions, you had to create a User with a UserID of AC (Attendant Console)and associate the Pilot Point to it to get this to start working. I'm not sure if this is still required in CCM 4.1.3.

That was the bit I was missing, thanks. I needed to create a User Account called 'ac', set the password to '12345' and then associate the Pilot Points to the user. It didn't work first time for some reason but after a reboot (its a test server....) it now works.

Forgot to tell you to Stop and Restart Telephony Call Dispatcher service. Any time you make a change on a Hunt Group you should do that.

No - after the initial adding of the TCD and CTIManager services the Pilot Point & Nunt Group didn't work. I restarted the server and it began to work. I then subsequently added additional Pilot Points & Hunt Groups and all worked straight away.
