Hi.

The season field in my database is displayed like "SP/2001". I need my formula to display only the last four digits without the "SP/". The year will be part of the report header. How do I get it to display just the last four characters?

{SeasonField}[-1 to -4]
will print the last four characters - it will generate an error if the field has fewer than four characters. To avoid the possible error, you can test the field first using the Length() function. Malcolm Wynden
