i like to know that too!
My present solution is:
a) Use a bar chart where possible (that is something i can do with ASP)
b) dynamically create a HTML file with data and build the chart with a EasyCharts java-applet ((which BTW results in very nice graphs)

If you know Flash pretty well, it's pretty simple to pass javascript values into a flash movie, and then you can do it... not terribly simple to set all the angles and such once you have those variables in flash, but for an expert, it wouldn't be terribly difficult.
I'm not saying I have an example (nor would I want to work one up due to the complexity of the flash programming involved) -- but I know it could be done if you were good with flash.
Personally, I like to stick with bar charts.
