Pie Chart Values on Slices and Outside Slices 1

Is it possible to show Pie Chart Values in the slices and the percentages outside the slices?

I am able to do one or the other but can't seem to be able to do both.

I don't think so.
What you CAN do is to put either the values and/or the percentages in the LEGEND.
