Does anyone know how to get images, stored in a database, into my vb program?? I'm familiar with ADO, and have no problem with other data types but am stuck with pictures. I'm using access 2000 (jet 4.0) and pictures are stored as BMP's in an OLE field.

I've tried using the binding the picture, image and OLE controls in vb but have had no success!!!

PLEASE HELP!.

Hi,

You need to use the .appendchunk and .getchunk methods of a ADO recordset. If you know ADO it's not very difficult, look in msdn. I also found and example here but its more complicated than it needs to be. If you need more help, let me know I've usded the method a couple of times.
