I have lots of PictureTel boards with Live200 on w95 (can't upgrade these units at this time) where it seems the board gets into a situation where the software polls return positive that a Video Conference call can be made - but when you attempt, the board doesn;t recognize that you are trying to call. This usually follows a DUN connection that has supposedly terminated successfully. I must reboot sometimes 3 times to "clear the Ptel board"
