I have an image in my report(a logo) that will not show when I use the office link to MS Word. Any suggestions how I can get this to appear?

Thanks

My suggestion is to use a PDF printer driver to create a PDF document of your report. This is the simplest way to produce a document which can be emailed with pictures and formatting in tact from an Access report. I know that I did manage to accomplish something similar to what you're trying to do using Word mail merge called from Access (don't recall precisely how to do it, but maybe the general idea would be helpful).

If you need a free PDF printer driver, I would suggest

Thank you. I can convert it to a PDF but really wanted to convert it to a word doc with the graphic. The reason for converting it to Word and not a PDF is so that changes can be made on the document easily for someone who only had Word on their computer.

Thanks.
