Picture in Crystal Report

I am using Crystal report 8.5
I have an access 2000 database with Employee table with the structure

EmployeeID Text 15
EmpPicture Text 255

I store the path of the picture in the EmpPicture field in the employee table

I want the picture to show in a report
Pls how can i achieve this

I have a COM driver that does this with Cr 8.5 and later. It is called cViewIMAGE and a trial version is available from my web site. You use a subreport based on the cViewIMAGE.SingleImage driver and pass it the file name to retrieve. it has to be a valid CR image type (BMP, JPG, etc).

C11 includes this as one of it's new features.
