Picture Frame border

I want to create a 1px solid black border around my photos but I can't find the option to do it in FWMX, I could do it find in FW4.

I tried commands->creative->add picture frame but that only allows me to select from a bunch of cheezy borders and there's no option for a solid border.

I understand I can draw a black box around my photo but there must be an easier way.

Do the Command> Creative, THEN where it says pattern (in the "Fill" Window) in the drop down, switch that to SOLID, then select color from fill.

I tried Command->Creative->Add Picture Frame but there are no options for fill only patterns and border size.

Select the frame, Go to the tool bar, and select the paint bucket, then fill options.
