Picture buttons and 'Get ... Function "*B ...... "

I know it is possible to create picture push buttons with BMPs , but I must put the picture I need at the middle of the screen can anybody tell me why .

The following works for me:
* Note: Screen is the active window
@ 0,0 SAY "mypic.bmp" BITMAP STRETCH
