Hello, im trying to make a little strategi game in vb and i don´t know how to make a picture box that you can scroll in?

For example:
I got a picture box that is 800x600pixels big. And a images that are the landscape, and it´s 1600x1200pixels big..
So how can i make so when i press "Down Arrow" it will move the images inside the picture box so i see a other "piece" of the landscape??

I know how to use keyboard input. But not how to make the images scroll!
