Pics not showing in e-mail body

When my users receive a print screen or any other form of picture in the body of the e-mail it does not show. They only see the red X in the corner. However, when they forward the e-mail the picture appears.


Any idea what could be causing this?

I'm new to Outlook Express, but I noticed the same thing in my email. I went to Tools, Options, and in the Security tab, I de-selected the option under "Download images". Once I de-selected the option, I was able to see the pictures. Maybe this will work for you?

Now all I need to do is figure out how to enable the links in emails....
