Pics in E-mail Body

Hi,
I am using outlook 2003 SP1 on my users desktop.
Recently some of them developed a problem where when they receive a print screen pic from other users it does not display in the e-mail body. (all that comes up is the red X in the corner).
However if they forward the e-mail to another user the pic displays for the other user.
I have tried changing from HTML format to TEXT and RICH TEXT without any success.

Anyone knows how to remedy this issue?

Check out thread number 538850 -- it is very very long but has about a dozen different suggestions for getting past the "red X". I have tried several of them and I still have problems! Good luck!
