I just installed Redhat Linux 9 and don't know allot about it. This is a really dumb question but here goes. What has happen to the pico command? Also if they are no longer using it what is the new editor?

Thanks

vi, emacs, vim? There are lots of editors. And you probably can find a pico RPM either on the RH9 CD's, or on rpmfind.net.

I found out that in RedHat 9 he pine rpm isn't installed as a default rpm. I did a up2date pine and it downloaded it and installed pine.

Thanks for all of your help.
