Pickup

I have found that the pickup you can set on the 20xx handset
sometimes works and sometimes does not.This is on the display and not on a button.

I know that this only works for a call directed to the hunt group.

I will set it up and it will not work, then all of a sudden it is working.

Any ideas why, and have you come accross this problem?

The only time I have seen this fail is when someone calls an extn within the group directly however you are aleready aware of this.
personaly I find that this behaviour makes the pickup option on the 2030 less than helpfull.

as analternative try programing a DSS key with the feature "Pickup Members" this will pickup both call made to the group or individual extn's
