Pickup Groups

How do you create a new pickup group? Or is it created automatically if you assign an unused pickup group to an extension?

as soon as an extension is given an RNPG number that group automatically exists on the Meridian. Obviously you will need to ascertain which RNPG number has not as yet been used, please follow the steps below in order to print out a list of all existing RNPG's and their member TN's, after noting existing group numbers you may now place any extensions in a new (or as yet none existing group)
