Pickup Groups

It appears that about 80 users have changed pickup groups. Is there any other way of changing the RNPG for each extension? This will be time consuming having to do it for each extension. Am I not able to just amend the pickup group number?

You might want to think about writing a script for that. If you search the forum, you should find some valuable info on scripting.

eddie nailed it, unless those 80 people can here all the stations ring, how can they use pick? if i hear a phone ring and hit pick, i don't usually want to answer a call to a station two floors away
