Pickup Group

Hi All,

Does anyone konw how to place phones into a pickup group using Cisco Unity Express Version 2.3/Cisco Call Manager Express.

I have never used it before and am from a Nortel backgroud so any help is greatly appreciated. Yet to have the training, dont you love it when they install something prior to support having any knowledge!!

This is under the assumption that the phones are registered SCCP and not SIP.
