Please help...
We have a nortel system.
We have a group of phones, that ring when the main line is called. (if one is busy, the next rings, if the next is busy, the next, next rings... etc)
Im trying to figure out how to remove, or add people to this pickup group/ hunt... I'm not a nortel expert, by any means.. and I'm sure one of you guys, could do this in your sleep... Thanks

not a pickup, for that when you hear a remote station ring in your group you press the pickup key or dial the code. if you print the tnb of each phone the hunt prompt will show you the next phone in the hunt.. that is the more common way of building a short hunt.. the fna prompt defines the forward no answer treatment.. cls marks also come into play..

prt
dnb

xxxx (the ext number)

then look for the tnb of the set, if there is more then one tn, the one with marp is in control. then at the request prompt

req: print
type tnb
tn 4 0 0 1 (the tn on the set) or just the 4 1 in an opt 11. then return until you see the set. if you have more questions, post the tnb of the set you need help with
