Cisco created a special thing for this. But beware a colleague of mine experienced problem with this on CUCM 8.x after a while (a day or 2) the pickup groups stop working. Cisco admitted the bug and are still looking for a solution.
What you do to enable pickup on huntgroups:
- Goto Enterprise parameters.
- Find the field called "Cisco Support Use 1"
- Fill in the code: CSCsb42763 (case sensitive)
Now at you're hunt pilot there is a field for call pickup
