I just started picking up a wireless signal on my laptop at work, I assume in one of the other suites on my floor someone must have just put a wireless device up. I have WEP enabled but is there anything else I can do to protect myself or to find out who's signal I'm picking up? Thanks.

If your device has access control, I'd turn that on. By access control, I mean you can determine by MAC address who can connect to your WLAN and block everyone else out. Also if your device is broadcasting its SSID, I'd look into turning that off as well.

You might try using Net Stumbler to find out more information about the strange signal. In fact, you might be able to track it down using the signal strength meter in Net Stumbler.
